Donna was more than just helpful. She explained the size of the wash loads and adding laundry products. She also explained the arrows and settings on the dryers. She was helping others while preparing wash loads for those leaving their clothes to be washed, dried and folded. She asked every patron if they were doing all right and offered help (and encouragement) to everyone there. She is greatly appreciated by the patrons and is courteous, patient, and friendly. Thanks!

Maria / Donna, you two did an amazing job decorating. It lifts up customers and the great customer service you both have I can’t explain cause you 2 show careness to customers. I so love that about you both. Keep up the great amazing attitude and decorate some more, lol! Amazing!!!!

Great customer service! Even times when I'm running a little late, 9:10 9:15, they open the door for me too dry my clothes!! They never fail in being kind and generous in doing so!! God bless this place always and forever!! 💖 …

The ladies that work here are always so nice and so helpful! The place it’s self super clean all the time!! Have tv on with shows, movies and sometimes music. Also very cool Halloween decorations! Looks very welcoming and you can see the effort they do for their customers! Love love love!

Actually obsessed with this laundry place, Donna is a gem and the halloween decorations are so cute!!! Haven’t seen any other place decorated like this one.

Great laundry spot! The place was clean, machines worked perfectly, and everything was easy to use. Staff was friendly and helpful when I had questions. Clothes came out fresh and dry every time. Definitely my go-to laundry place now — highly recommend

Sun Valley Laundromat on Dyer St. is hands down one of the best laundromats I’ve ever used. The place is spotless, which instantly made me feel comfortable. All of the machines were in perfect working condition, and they offer multiple sizes depending on your load — super convenient. I was impressed by how modern everything was. They accept mobile pay, have an ATM on-site, and a change dispenser for those using coins. They even sell detergent in case you forget yours, and they offer same-day wash and fold service that’s fast and reliable. The pricing is very reasonable, and their hours are great — just make sure your last wash is in by 9 PM. The AC inside keeps it nice and cool, and the way the building is positioned away from direct sunlight means the place stays shaded and comfortable throughout the day. Highly recommend!

I love this laundry mat!! The facility is extremely clean, very spacious and has lots of washing machines of all different laundry load sizes. I have been coming here for years and Donna has become someone I’d call a friend, she’s so sweet and helpful you can count on her for your questions! I also feel safe as a woman who comes her alone as one instance I had a person approach me in a rude way and the owner was actually here and right away he addressed the situation and made me feel safe and comfortable. Love this place and it’s so close to my house and using the speed queen app makes things a lot easier for me as someone who never carries cash. Great place highly recommend!!
